Returns & Exchange Policy

 At Shrijaa, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. While we do not offer a return policy, we are pleased to provide an exchange option to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. 

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can exchange it for a different item within 1 day of the purchase date. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been washed, used, or damaged.

 To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is in original condition, and include the packing slip or order ID to facilitate the exchange.
2. Ship it back to our address.
3. Keep Proof of Shipping: We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking information until your exchange is processed.

Once we receive your exchange request and verify the condition of the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges for your returned item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
